(More customer reviews)Took 10 minutes to put together (including a hunt for a philips head screwdriver and pliers). Seems quite sturdy; although it's meant for 5-gallon water bottles it takes our 3-gallon bottles just fine. Nice to have the floor space back!

(More customer reviews)The cooler seemed to work ok, would take a long time to cool, didn't time it because that wasn't an issue with me. Used the hot water once, took 3 minutes to heat up. I usually put the water in the microwave and heat it that way, much faster. My problem with this cooler is the slow speed it dispensed water, very slow. The manual or on the box said something like .1 gallons per hour! I could see dying of thirst using this cooler, I live in a desert, can't wait that long for a cup of water.

I don't know about installation, we had a certified plumber install it - he came one day and the unit was there by lunchtime. It is up and running for over a year, and everyone's already forgotten that we used to have smelly water or buy water bottles. Whoever invented this machine is a genius! I am thinking of getting a smaller counter model for my house.
